It reveals notes of cassis, violet and small notes of blackberry associated wth fine touches of blueberry as well as hints of strawberry, fine hints of Sichuan pepper and discreet hints of sweet spices. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, definition, roundness and gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, black blackberry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of cornflower, blueberry as well as fine hints of chocolate, Bourbon vanilla and very discreet hints of caramelization.
