The nose is fruity, gourmand, aromatic and offers power. It reveals notes of red fruits, wild strawberries, cornflower and slight notes of wild blueberry associated with discreet touches of liquorice, spices, tonka bean as well as a subtle / discreet hint of tea and of caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly gourmande, slightly fleshy and offers juiciness, a good volume as well as a slight minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry and plum associated with slight notes of fleshy red fruits, juicy red berries as well as subtle hints of liquorice, cardamom, tonka bean and small hints of toasted oak. Tannins are fine and chewy. Good length and persistence.
