The nose is fine, mineral, dry and offers a small fat. It reveals notes of white fruit compote, lemon and grapefruit combined with a hint of zest, touches of flowers as well as touches of green apple, a discreet hint of exotic fruits and a discreet hint of herbs. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, a mineral frame, fat as well as a nice unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple and white nectarine associated with touches of peach, pear, small notes of citrus as well as touches of quenette, flowers and a few very discreet notes of wood (in background).
