The nose is fresh and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of lychee, flowers / peach blossom and small notes of peach associated with touches of vanilla and a subtle hint of sweet spice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-structured and offers a fine freshness, an acid frame, a small fat, tension as well as a (very) slight unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of litchi, crunchy / juicy flat peach and small notes of lemon zest, juicy citrus associated with an imperceptible hint of quenette and very discreet toasted hints / vanilla.
