The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose is airy, tangy, subtly herbaceous and fresh. It initially expresses aromas of tangy fruits (red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, crushed red currants, cranberries), as well as a slight tangy and smoky touch of bergamot. After aeration, we find notes of nuts (fresh hazelnut, toasted hazelnut), a spicy touch (white pepper, a hint of Timut pepper, nutmeg and licorice), combined with subtle herbaceous notes (infused tea, a hint of rosemary, dried bay leaf, as well as fresh tobacco), faded rose and roasted notes (cocoa, a hint of toasted wood) and minerality (tar). The palate is lively, chiseled, tangy, finely tightened in its slender tannic structure, slightly grippy, but elegant. The attack is tangy, with fresh red fruits (cranberries, raspberry, crunchy strawberry, fresh red currants, blackcurrant) and a delicate spicy (white pepper, nutmeg, liquorice, Timut pepper) and roasted (lightly toasted wood, toasted hazelnut, coffee) hints. Beautiful tangy, salivating and mineral structure on the finish. Good length, with slight notes of macerated fruits.
