The nose is aromatic and gourmand. It reveals notes of tonka bean and cardamom associatd with small notes of blackberry, cuben pepper, licorice, a subtle hint of truffle as well as slight hints of fresh red fruits, black olive and vanilla. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, well-balanced, fine, elegant, a bit aerial and offers a slight tension, a slight suavity, a very beautiful silky matter and a very slight fleshy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, blueberry, red berries and slight hints of plum associated with a hint of fleshy wild raspberry, dark chocolate, cardamom, tea, roasting oak, a subtle hint of black olive as well as an imperceptible hint of racy minerality and garrigue. Tannins are very fine and discreetly dry. Good length. Beautiful gourmand persistence on a slight touch of dark chocolate/cocoa bean. A beautiful wine!
