The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant, fresh, racy and offers a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of ripe yellow apple, pear and small notes of quince associated with a hint of small yellow fruits, slight hints of butter and a discreet hint of almost saline minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, gourmandise, tension, fat as well as a fresh / mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe brugnon and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with a touch of quince as well as slight hints of almond / toasted, almost saline minerality and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. There is an imperceptible almost tannic hint on the finish.
