The palate is fruity, fat, well-balanced, well-structured, deep, quite elegant, relatively aerial and offers a mineral frame and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and red fruit (strawberry, cherry) combined with touches of wild berries, oak, coffee as well as slight notes of liquorice and tea Ceylon. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
