The nose is aromatic and relatively fresh. It reveals notes of quince, mirabelle plum and fine notes of pear, beeswax associated with discreet notes of rocky minerality as well as fine toasted hints, flowers and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers minerality, a mineral frame and a fine smoothness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pear, quince and fine touches of plum / yellow fruits associated with hints of flat peach as well as fine notes of toasted oak / vanilla. Good length.
