Signorello – Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 – Napa Valley 

The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers a good structure. It reveals notes of cassis and small wild berries associated with fines touches of red berries / red fruits, spices as well as slight hints of bell pepper and discreet toasted hints / coffee (in background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame as well as a small minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of red berries associated with fine touches of juicy/crushed raspberry, liquorice as well as discreet hints of juicy / ripe black berries, caramelization, discreet toasted hints and a discreet hint of almond on the finish. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Good length. The finish is slightly firm.
