The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as a mineral and chased frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, juicy quince and small notes of crushed peach associated wth fine hints of juicy pear, a very discreet hint of juicy citrus as well as very fine hints of juicy pear, a very discreet hint of citrus as well as very fine hints of toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of honey. Good length.
