The nose is fruity and offers a fine power and a very fine intensity (in the background). It reveals notes of quince, dry lemon zests and small notes of white grapefruit associated with fine touches of dry peach, a very discreet hint of hay as well as an imperceptible hint of sap and spices. The mouth is fruity and offers a fine tension, a juicy/acidulous frame, a fine suavity and dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, quince and small notes of dry green apple associated with fine touches of fresh lemon flowers and mandarine flowers as well as hints of bee wax. Good length and persistence with a hint of ripe almond.
