The nose is flowery and offers freshness and a fine power. It reveals notes of apricot, orange blossom and small notes of fresh mandarin associated with small touches of persimmon as well as slight hints of anise. The palate is fruity and offers an acid frame, minerality, tension and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy mandarin, orange zest and small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of caviar lemon as well as hints of lemon blossom, a subtle hint of anise, green cardamon, saline and limestone. Good length. A very discreet hint of nutmeg on the persistence.
