The nose is aromatic, fresh and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of vanilla and pear associated with fine notes of white fruit, oak and touches of citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, round and offers a fine minerality, a fine acid frame (in the background), fat, suavity, freshness as well as a nice structure and acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of vanilla, pear compote and small notes of peach associated with a touch of quenette, touches of ripe citrus as well as touches of toasted oak, subtle hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible touch of cardamom. Good length.
