The nose is velvety, finely smoky and offers a fine, elegant austerity. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, tobacco and small notes of smoke, associated with touches of fresh grove, fresh black olive, as well as a hint of sweet spices. The palate is well-built, fruity, gourmand, mineral and offers a tangy frame, a little creaminess, a certain gourmandise and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, raspberry and small notes of juicy/fresh blueberry, combined with touches of fresh balsamic, chocolate and a hint of toasted. The tannins are precise, mellow, with a fine graphene side in the background. There’s also a subtle hint of clove in the background.
