Serena – Audace Millesimato 2022, Extra Brut – Prosecco DOC Trieste

The nose is fruity, creamy and offers a certain freshness as well as an imperceptible hint of iodine and peach blossoms. It reveals notes of creamy apple, vine peach and small notes of pulpy pear associated with touches of white flowers as well as a subtle hint of lemon and lemon blossoms. The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, good definition, accuracy, a nice minerality, a certain freshness, a subtle almost calcareous hint as well as a certain creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy apple, pear and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with touches of white flowers, fine hints of lychee as well as a very discreet almost iodine and flint hint. Good length.
