The nose offers concentration, intensity in elegance as well as a nice fine and powerful grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of dried raspberry associated with touches of fresh wild small red fruits as well as fine hints of black olive, sage and spices. The palate is juicy, mineral and offers fruit, a good definition, a certain tension, precision as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cherry, juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy/fresh blackberry associated with touches of cornflower, discreet hints of nutmeg, toast as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and anise. Tannins are supple and elegant. Good length. A subtle mellowness in the background. Freshness!
