The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fragrant, with an expressive but enveloped hint of oak. We find notes of fresh wood in the background, fresh hazelnut, associated with the liveliness of fresh citrus fruits (lime, yellow lemon, and grapefruit zest), green apple and green plum. After aeration; the wine expresses pleasant herbaceous and floral notes: cut grass, rose leaf, apple blossom, lily and acacia, as well as gourmet touches of sweet flower honey, chamomile infusion, a spicy hint of coriander seeds and dried apple in the background. The palate is savoury and expressive. The attack offers flavors of citrus (fresh lemon, lemon zest, lime with its bitterness), green apple, tangy green plum. In the mid-palate, we find herbaceous notes (hay in the background, fresh grass, a hint of tea leaf), floral notes (acacia, apple blossom, white lily), as well as sweet honey, wax, almond and fresh hazelnut. The finish is chiseled, tangy and gourmand, thanks to flavors of apricot, candied lemon, thyme flower and a good bitterness that we find on the finish. Harmony and freshness.
