The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is very fresh and tangy, but reserved at first. After aeration, it expresses notes of ripe green apple, yellow lemon, fresh quince, lime, white peach, apricot, as well as a floral touch of acacia and apple blossom, combined with milky notes of yogurt, butter, a touch of vanilla, hay and honey in the background. The palate expresses a good bitterness on attack, gourmand honeyed notes (acacia honey, wax), associated with flavors of candied lemon, fresh lemon, grapefruit, white peach, apricot, toasted wood in the background, as well as vanilla and nutmeg. The finish is complex and velvety, with a round texture, saffron and honeyed notes, as well as a floral touch of acacia in the background. Until the finish, we find a good bitterness and slightly bitter toasted notes of almond.
