The nose is elegant, mineral, fruity and offers a beautiful definition and a very fine captivating side. It reveals notes of small wild berries, black cherries and small notes of fleshy small red fruits associated with discreet hints of tonka bean, scrubland / thyme, violet, spices as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper and Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame, a small freshness (in the background), suavity, precision as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy red berries, cherry bigarreau and small notes of juicy cassis associated with small touches of wild small black fruits, hints of garrigue / violet, very discreet hints of spices as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg, black olive, cocoa, juicy / crushed redcurrants and toasted / oak. Tannins are elegant, structuring and slightly firm.
