The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, floral notes, a certain concentration / hints of pistil of flowers, white flowers, white lily and small notes of lime blossom / fresh sap associated with touches of fresh yellow berries, fresh quince as well as a discreet hint of elderflower. Good length. A subtle iodine/saline note.
