It reveals notes of dry Bigarreau cherry, Zante currant and fine touches of plum associated with a very discreet hint of date as well as an imperceptible hint of citrus/dry orange and cigar/cedar. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, an acidulous frame as well as a small fat, a fine richness as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/very ripe black cherry, fleshy/very ripe plum and small notes of fleshy/very ripe blackberry associated with fine touches of candied mandarin as well as a very discreet hint of dry orange, cigar and sweet spices (cloves…). A very discreet hint of almond, chocolate and a small firmness on the finish.
