The nose is very discreet. It is almost flavour free. The second nose opens but still it is very discreet. We have tho a nice freshness and minerality. The mouth is fresh with a vibrant cristalline flavour of apple. It is very simple, very shy with a little bitterness. Tho the finish is more yellow apple juice with a light astringency. It is nice and fresh.
