The wine demonstrates an intense golden-yellow colour. The nose is perfumed and full of gourmandise. It reveals notes sweet baking spices, vanilla, cinnamon, ripe yellow apple, confit pineapple, juicy yellow mango, a touch of kumquat. The palate is packed with fruitiness and very ripe. It reveals notes of ripe exotic fruits, fresh pastry, confit lemon, lime pie and a touch of dried herbs. The finish is grippy with a nice bitter touch in the background uplifting the overall ripe character of the wine.
