The wine shows a bright lemon-straw colour. The nose is fruity, slightly yeasty with notes of dried herbs, ripe yellow apple, juicy pear, a touch of grapefruit and ripe lemon zest. The palate reveals a refreshing, zesty acidity, nice elegance and finesse. On the palate the wine is opening up with notes of lime, lemon, a touch of pear and white apple, some herbal and herbaceous nuances. The finish is zesty, pleasant and lingering.
