The nose is fruity, slightly powerful and offers gourmandise. It reveals notes of quince and beeswax associated with small touches of ripe white fruits (brugnon, apple), dried orange/mandarin as well as hints of almond and spices (imperceptible hint of nutmeg…). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aerial and offers tension, a beautiful mineral frame, a beautiful gourmandise, a good volume, a slight acidity as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of yellow fruits (physalis, quince) associated with a hint of ripe lemon, dried orange as well as a subtle hint of roasted pineapple, beeswax and almond on the finish. Good length and persistence.
