The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color with green reflections. The nose is reserved and requires aeration. It expresses slightly iodised mineral notes, a very fine touch of petroleum in the background, combined with a note of dry stone, as well as notes of fresh fruit (crushed green apple, lemon, lime, tangy apricot, fresh quince, fresh pineapple, a touch of kumquat and physalis), herbs (a hint of lemon thyme and peppermint) and fresh flowers (rosehip, hawthorn). On the palate, the wine offers concentration, balanced by its lively, precise and salivating acidity and pronounced citrus flavors (lime, lime zest, lemon). The wine also expresses notes of fresh quince, physalis, green apple, white flowers (rosehip, hawthorn) and a delicate mineral touch of salinity on the finish, combined with good bitterness. The finish is fragrant, fresh and tangy. A straight, aromatic and refreshing wine.
