The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is fragrant and complex. It offers a varied bouquet, which combines subtle tertiary notes, spicy touches and tangy fruit. On the first nose, the wine expresses mineral oil aromas, which are then complemented by touches of wax, flower honey, dried lemon and orange peel, as well as of ground ginger and cardamom in the background. There are also aromas of fresh fruit (grapefruit, green apple, quince, ripe lime), dried field flowers and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine offers a certain roundness, but all in finesse, balanced by a lively acidity and a good bitterness. It expresses the flavors of grapefruit juice, lime zest, lemon, green apple, gooseberries, white flowers (field flowers, apple blossoms), as well as a touch of wax, candied quince and dried lemon peel. Nice length, with juiciness and nice freshness, as well as notes of fresh herbs (lemon thyme, lemongrass), dried apple and a slight smoky touch that add to the complexity of the wine.
