Sauvignon Gris de Château de Bellevue 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fresh, racy, tense. It expresses notes of flint, fresh zest and more slightly – flowers associated with fine touches of mesocarp and discreet hints almost of small fresh yellow fruits. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, tension, accuracy, a tangy frame, a little fat, a fine roundness, tension, a fine chiseled side. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, pulpy/juicy vine peach and more slightly – lychee, associated with touches of white flowers, rose, citrus/orange. Good length, energy, a fine textured and tannic side in the aromatic and structure on the finish.
