The nose is racy and flowery. It reveals notes of violet, lilac andsmall notes of small pulpy fruits associated with touches of star anise, zan and a hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality and a finely tangy/floral frame. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crunchy wild cassis andsmall notes of iris and lilac associated with fine touches of laurel berry as well as hints of cornflower, bright little blue berries and a subtle hint of cardamom. Good length.
