Sara Vezza 2020 – Alta Langa

The nose is fruity and offers a slight concentration. There are notes of fresh physalis, fresh yellow apple and small notes of ripe small fruits associated with slight touches of fresh toast, fresh lemon and a discreet  hint of pâtisseries. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, a good definition, a certain precision/ tension, a subtle suavity as well as roundness. Very slight effervescence, fresh and dynamic. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of acidulous/ juicy green apple, bright vine peach and small notes of juicy lemon associated with a touch of yuzu, quenette as well as a subtle mineral/ saline hint. Good length. Roundness and gourmand. Beautiful persistence.
