Santi – Infinito Rosé 2019 – Bardolino Chiaretto

The nose is fresh, fruity and slightly tight. It reveals notes of kumquat, brugnon and small notes of lychee associated with fine touches of rose, white lilac as well as an imperceptible varietal hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, roundness, a fine juicy / mineral frame, a fine saline guideline (in the background), roundness, gourmandise as well as sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, crushed vine peach and small notes of lychee associated with fine touches of quenette, lemon acidulous candy as well as a very discreet hint of mandarin (in the background). Good length.
