The nose is aromatic, with a hint of brioche and toast, slightly yeasty. It also expresses notes of dried and fresh lemon zest and grapefruit, associated with notes of fresh citrus fruits (orange zest, lemon juice) and a hint of lemon curd in the background. We also find notes of white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle, dried acacia, dried linden in the background). The palate is complex, with notes of candied and dried lemon zest, fresh and dried orange, white flowers and toasted brioche. Good length and freshness with a slightly bitter note of chestnut honey and beeswax. The mousse is a bit coarse. Nice acidity.
