The nose is elegant, intense and offers a certain controlled power, precision and good maturity. It reveals notes of fairly ripe cherry, violet and small wild red fruits, associated with touches of tobacco, cherry blossom, a hint of plum, cornflower, creamy vanilla, as well as a hint of cubeb pepper. The palate is well-built, supple, precise, fresh and presents gourmandise, a tangy frame and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy blueberry and small notes of roasted-elegant cherry, combined with touches of sweet tobacco, bourbon vanilla, as well as a hint of crushed redcurrant, chocolate, toastiness and a subtle hint of almost caramelization.
