The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame as well as a beautiful finesse of the tension, a beautiful finesse of the effervescence, a small aerial side and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, fresh/acidulous raspberry, small notes of crushed peach associated with small touches of pear/crushed apple as well as subtle hints of lime, an imperceptible varietal hint/lemon flowers and orange. Good length.
