The nose presents fruit, freshness, lovely definition, a certain concentration in elegance, depth and a fine, elegant darkness. It reveals notes of boysenberry, black cherry and small notes of small roasted-elegant red fruits, associated with touches of violet plum, fine hints of sweet tobacco, as well as a subtle hint of almost bourbon vanilla. The palate is well-built, supple, precise, juicy and offers gourmandise, a tangy frame, precision, tension and suppleness, all with delicacy and velvety. It also presents a beautiful work on touch and mid-palate, with a saline/iodized side and an airy creaminess. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, pulpy violet plum and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of bright blueberry, small roasted-elegant red fruits, as well as a hint of almost balsamic, basil and cardamom. Lovely definition and gourmandise. A hint of good bitterness and roasted in the background.
