The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers suavity, gourmandize, an acidulous frame as well as sapidity, a fine unctuosity, a good finesse of the grain and an aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy lemon, bright vine peach, small notes of bright green apple associated with touches of quenette as well as hints of kumquat, a discreet hint of fresh mango, subtle hints of orange flower, lychee and a very discreet hint of sense of the place.
