(without sulphites) The nose is fruity, elegant and offers fleshiness and delicacy, as well as some power in the background. It expresses the notes of crushed cherry, liquorice and small notes of dense purple plum, combined with touches of crushed strawberry, as well as fine hints of black olive, a hint of flowers and a discreet oceanic touche. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a tangy frame, minerality, good definition, a certain tension, precision, precision, finesse of the structure and a fine straightness. It expresses the notes of pulpy/bright cherry, crushed plum and small notes of local grove associated with hints of liquorice, as well as a hint of strawberry and fine hints of sense of place, rosemary and a subtle good bitterness in the background. A nice persistence, supple tannins, a subtle almost milky hint on the persistence.
