The nose is fruity and offers a discreetly tight minerality. It expresses notes of blackberry, luscious cherry and small notes of fresh pulpy purple plum associated with touches of small crushed red berries as well as hints of cornflower and star anise. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a certain precision, a tangy structure, energy, some aerial side in its richness/power and a good tannic structure. It expresses the notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, pulpy/juicy plum and small notes of small wild red berries associated with touches of rosemary, thyme, local grove, with a subtle hint of liquorice and a subtle hint of black olive/almost tapenade. The tannins are supple. Good length, minerality, suppleness and silkiness.
