The nose offers a fine grain, a small intensity as well as a fine power/concentration. It reveals notes of crunchy cassis, small wild/fresh black fruits, small notes of cocoa associated with small touches of sense of the place (local biotope) as well as fine hints of black tea, white pepper and very discreet hints of tobacco. The palate is fruity, acidulous and offers juiciness, a fine minerality as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, acidulous blackberry, small notes of small acidulous/juicy black berries associated with fine touches of strawberry, local copse, nutmeg and a discreet hint of tobacco. Tannins are very discreetly firm. Good length.
