The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a certain elegance. It revealss notes of cassis, strawberry and blueberry jam associated with fine notes of saline minerality and touches of licorice, graphite, flowers as well as touches of spices and a touch of grilled bread. The palate is fruity, fresh, balanced, racy, gourmand, quite “aerial” and offers a nice mineral frame and good silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, strawberry and blackberry associated with touches of blueberry, chocolat as well as fine notes of graphite and flowers. Tannins are fine, elegant, integrated and well conducted. Good length and long aftertaste (with notes of creme de cassis and a touch of chocolate).
