The nose reveals notes of black fruit (including blackberries) associated with a few notes of spice, tobacco and a few notes of leather and a touch of aromatic herbs (particularly rosemary). The palate is beautifully dense, fruity, mineral, elegant, racy/typical, full, gourmand, perfectly structured, powerful, balanced and supple. A fresh / acid frame leads the tasting. The palate expresses notes of fleshy fruit. In the mouth it expresses notes of fleshy black fruits (blackberry, plum) and slight notes of spices and chocolate associated with a few toasted notes and a touch of pepper and flint on the finish. Tannins are elegant and well conducted. Good length.
