On the nose it is fresh, fruity, aromatic and offers elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild raspberry and more slightly of crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of violet, nutmeg as well as hints of lilac, with a discreet hint of spices and cloves. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize, a certain purity. The wine expresses notes of cherry, juicy raspberry / blackberry and more slightly rose associated with touches of violet, juicy / pulpy small blue fruits as well as fine hints of black tea, bay leaf / berry laurel, with a discreet hint of cloves and toast. Good length. The tannins are structuring.
