The nose is fruity, slightly reductive, dense and opulent, with notes of yellow fruits and a very strong mineral undercurrent. The palate is dry with tight, dense, zesty acidity. The wine is packed with notes of iodine, salinity and savouriness, complicated by nuances of yellow and red apples, a bit of melon and a hint of tropical fruits. Nice creaminess on a very long finish. Delicious!
