The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, juiciness, a fine tension, an acidulous frame, a good definition, elegance, a good structure, a silky matter, dynamism, a good minerality, a very fine grain as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of chocolate, Zan associated with touches of ripe strawberry and discreet hints of black olive, tobacco, spices and a very discreet hint of caramelization (in the background). There are very discreet / imperceptible hints of hazelnut / chocolate and caramelization on the persistence.
