The palate is fruity and offers acidity / a tangy frame, crunchiness as well as a certain juiciness. The effervescence is well-managed and gourmet. On the palate this wine expresses notes of vine peach, tangy kumquat and more slightly lemon associated with touches of green apple. Good length.
