The nose is spicy and offers a certain small power. It reveals notes of black plum, violet and more slightly flowers associated with touches of star anise and concentrated small black berries. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, good definition, a certain tension as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small juicy/pulpy black berries, cherry as well as fine hints of violet and clove. The tannins are sapid.
