S de Siran 2019 – Margaux

The nose is fruity and offers a fine power and racy minerality. There are notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry and, more slightly, black fruits combined with touches of liquorice, chocolate and fine toasted notes. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, a nice acidic structure, a certain delicacy and roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/sour redcurrants, tart/crisp strawberries and, more slightly, juicy/sour blueberries, combined with a touch of fresh/crisp black berries, racy minerality, as well as fine hints of liquorice, cocoa, toastiness and a very discreet hint of tobacco (in the background). The tannins are supple.
