The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with light golden highlights. On the nose, it expresses precise but integrated tertiary notes – wax, lime infusion, a touch of mushrooms, faded rose, as well as a slightly bitter touch of chestnut honey. We also find a delicate spiciness (cumin, nutmeg), a touch of fresh lily and acacia, aromas of fresh and dried fruits (dried lemon, fresh lime, dried green apple, dried apricot, fresh white peach, fresh yellow plum, lime jam), combined with touches of aging on the lees – brioche, a touch of butter. On the palate, the wine is complex, slightly bitter on the attack (good bitterness of chestnut honey). It then expresses mild (but not sweet) flavors of juicy white peach, dried apricot, yellow plum, lime jam, fresh lemon and roasted green apple. We also find notes of brioche, butter, a spicy touch (nutmeg, cumin) and fine tertiary notes (wax, wilted flowers, mushrooms). The finish is very persistent, with lively acidity and a delicate bitterness of lime zest, which balances the sweetness.
