The saké is transparent with a pale straw color. The nose is intense with delicate notes of candied pineapple and dried orange. Some fresh fruits are appearing in the second nose like blood orange and lime with a lot of fresh cut herbs and honeysuckle. The tasting is fresh and intense also with a real ginjo-ka mouth (pineapple, green apple, melon). The lime fruits are then popping with a nice mix with sweetness and acidity which allows to the finish to be persistent. Beautiful saké.
